Equisharer provides website design, online reputation management, and homeowner data licensing services primarily to contractors and home service businesses. This policy applies to information collected through our website (the "Site"), our lead and contact forms, our SMS messaging program, and our services generally.

4. Homeowner data products

Equisharer separately offers homeowner data records (name, property address, and known phone numbers and email addresses) for sale to business clients, sourced from third-party and public data providers rather than collected directly through this Site. This section is provided for transparency about that separate product line; it does not describe how we use your own information if you're a visitor to this Site or a client of our website/reputation services.

Buyer responsibility

Clients who purchase homeowner data records from Equisharer are solely responsible for ensuring their own use of that data (calling, texting, emailing, mailing, or uploading it to ad platforms) complies with applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, state Do-Not-Call and telemarketing laws, and state privacy laws. 5. SMS & text messaging

If you opt in to receive SMS text messages from Equisharer through our website form, you will receive messages related to appointment reminders, account updates, and related communications, sent to the phone number you provided. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide the messaging service itself (e.g., our SMS delivery platform).
